Imagine strolling through the narrow streets of Zell an der Mosel. The sun is reflected in the river, and suddenly you spot it: a house that doesn't just stand there, but seems to have grown into the mountain.

Its entrance is on the second floor - that alone makes it clear that things are different here. The mountainside is steep, and as soon as you open the door, you can feel the magic. Old wooden floorboards creak softly under your feet, the light falls through the windows onto furniture that could tell stories. Until two years ago, we rented it out as a vacation home - with great success! Guests loved the combination of stylish design, the unique location directly on the Moselsteig trail and the special character of the house. The reviews were consistently enthusiastic.
We had not applied for a change of use for the rental, as vacation rentals were always tolerated in Zell.
