The apartment is occupied by the owner himself and has been successively renovated to a high standard. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a chic starry sky ceiling.
The hallway (entrance area) was also modernized last autumn with a stretch ceiling including integrated lighting (adjustable in steps). The hallway has a large window with roller shutters.
The modern and high-quality kitchen from 2022 is equipped with energy-saving Siemens appliances (Bora extractor on the stove!). Real glass fronts, glass shelves and a glass rear wall (kitchen mirror) were selected, so the kitchen fits very harmoniously into the open-plan living/dining area.
The balcony is tiled, had a fly screen door built into the frame, an electrically operated roller shutter and sun blinds.
The spacious, open-plan living/dining area and the conservatory have a marble floor in a warm color scheme that is very easy to clean. The bedroom and the office have real wood flooring.
Location
Our apartment is located on the edge of the main town of Kirchdorf (Poel Island). The beaches Schwarzer Busch, Seehof, Neuhof, Timmendorf are approx. 15-20 minutes away by bike, the Kirchdorf harbor approx. 5 minutes. Infrastructure (pharmacy, supermarkets, general practitioner, kindergarten, elementary school, secondary school, public transportation) is within walking distance or about 5 minutes by bike.
