After entering the newly renovated apartment, you enter the shower room via a small hallway on the left. Straight ahead, you enter the large living/kitchen/dining area through a door.
On the left-hand side you will find space for your kitchen, which you can design according to your wishes.

The large southeast-facing windows allow plenty of light into the large living area. You enter the spacious south-east-facing balcony, which is completely covered, via the balcony door. From there you have a breathtaking view from the Hörnle to the mountains on Lake Walchensee. Enjoy the view in the pleasant morning sun with a cup of coffee.

Bad Kohlgrub, known for its moor baths, is popular for its numerous hiking trails. The village lies at the foot of the Hörnle in the Ammergau Alps. The very good accessibility allows you to travel from Munich in approx. 60 minutes by car and approx. 90 minutes by public transport. Trains run every hour.

With a population of just under 3,000, Bad Kohlgrub has plenty to offer its guests and residents in terms of culture and gastronomy. From here you can start your excursions to Hörnle, Staffelsee, Moos or Werdenfelser Land - both in summer and winter.
