A cozy, bright single apartment partially furnished on the border between Friedrichstadt and Oberbilk. The attic was converted into an apartment in 1999.
The apartment has a bath with skylight and instantaneous water heater for hot water. There is a small, functional kitchen in the living room. The beautifully restored wooden staircase is part of the apartment and leads from its landing to the living room, the bathroom and the storage room with gas heating.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful old building from the Wilhelminian era. The transport connections to Heinrich Heine University and the main train station are very good, the streetcar stop is right outside the front door. The street is very busy, but the location of the apartment on the 5th floor is very quiet and far above the hustle and bustle of the city.
