- Preparation for the connection of a car charging station (written approval for 22 kW operation has been obtained)
- New construction of a large canopy (solid wood, painted white) in the entrance area
- Replacement of all window and door fittings
- Installation of custom-made pleated blinds for darkening and sun protection
- Upgrading of the bathrooms with glass shower partitions, new double washbasin with vanity unit (Villeroy & Boch) and complete renewal of all fittings
