The entrance to the maisonette is on the 5th floor. All rooms on the lower floor can be reached from a spacious, central vestibule: two of a total of three bedrooms (both facing west; one of which has a wardrobe in front), the lower, large bathroom with window and the practical storage room. A comfortable staircase with solid wood support and practical handrail takes you to the upper floor.
On the upper floor (6th floor) is the very bright and friendly living/dining room measuring over 30 m2 with large windows and adjoining fully equipped kitchen. This is slightly separated from the living area. The kitchen window faces the courtyard (east). The 9.45 m2 terrace is located on the west side directly in front of the eat-in kitchen and thus offers a convenient extension of the living space. It has both electricity and water connections. Here you can relax and enjoy the wonderful sunset and the odd sundowner.
Modern sun protection films on the windows and an officially approved air conditioning system contribute to a pleasant living climate. Even on hot summer days, it is pleasantly cool on both floors.
Security is also taken care of: the apartment door is fitted with a double lock.
All rooms have parquet flooring, except for the two bathrooms (tiles) and one of the two lower bedrooms (carpet).
The maisonette can be taken over either vacated (except for the kitchen and bathroom) or, with a few exceptions, furnished as shown in the pictures. This means that nothing stands in the way of a stress-free move-in and the furnishings can be changed gradually at your leisure.
The extremely well-kept house was built in 2003. Two houses with different architectural designs surround the large, square inner courtyard in a U-shape, which is designed as a garden and includes a playground. On the first floor of the house there are spacious rooms for the general public such as a bicycle storage room, a baby carriage room, a laundry room with washing machines and dryers and a large hobby room with WC. The entire complex is looked after by a very friendly janitor, and the property management is also particularly dedicated.
If required, an inexpensive parking space can be rented in the building's own garage in the basement, from where you can take the elevator directly to the 5th floor.
