The regular monthly rent is 26,500 CZK and is payable in advance on the 10th of the month preceding the month to which it is due. The rent includes basic payments for services (house management, elevator, lighting of common areas, cleaning of common areas, insurance, removal of PDO). The consumption of heat, electricity, cold, hot water and sewerage for the apartment will be billed quarterly according to the billing of AUSTIS, which is in charge of the management of the house. Estimate approx. 1500,-CZK.
In the distance of 5 min. walking distance there is a metro station B Palmovka, in the same distance there are tram and bus stops. Commuting time to the center of Prague (Republiky Square, Mustek) is about 10 min. by metro and 15 min. by tram.

There are Billa, Albert and Kaufland stores within a 5-minute walk. Parking is available at all of them. Other small shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity on Sokolovská Street.
In addition to the garden belonging to the house, there is a large area with park landscaping about 5 min. walk and behind the Libeň Castle is a large Libeň Park. From all windows of the apartment there is a view of the greenery.
Lease agreement, security deposit
The lease of the apartment will be drawn up in accordance with the provisions governing the lease of the apartment according to the Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll. as in force on the date of conclusion of the contract.
A security deposit of CZK 50,000 must be paid together with the first rent to cover any arrears of rent or utilities consumed.
