Hotel-restaurant in Wagna near Leibnitz is looking for an ambitious tenant

I am letting my business for family reasons.
My hotel is very centrally located and at the same time very idyllic in the countryside. This makes it a popular starting point for cycling tours, hikes, but also for excursions into the wine country, well known as the "Styrian Tuscany".

We are also a traditional stopover for thousands of vacationers on their way to the Mediterranean.
During the winter months we have a good occupancy rate with business travelers from Austria and abroad, who appreciate the easy accessibility and atmosphere in our hotel.

I have currently optimized our ongoing operations for us and only offer our hotel guests the opportunity to enjoy our seasonal dishes in the restaurant in the evening.
However, our modern and well-equipped kitchen can be expanded at any time with our long-standing, reliable staff to become a year-round regional restaurant.

The hotel has a total of 29 lovingly designed rooms
- 55 seats in the restaurant (winter garden)
- 50 seats in the guest garden
- 70 seats in the breakfast room with buffet (also possible as restaurant seats)
- A modern, efficient and fully equipped Palux kitchen
- In 2020 our heating system was converted to bio district heating
- Good parking facilities also for buses, trucks or boat trailers.
