The restaurant as well as the outdoor area were completely renovated in 2021, have contemporary, modern furnishings and offer guests a relaxing ambience for relaxing hours in the middle of the idyllic floodplain landscape on a tributary of the Danube.
The interior and exterior of the restaurant have been renovated since 2021. In addition to the physical facilities, a homepage was set up, an ordering app was designed and social media channels were used, which can be continued by the successor.
For private reasons, a successor is now being sought who will take over the leased premises and use the existing concept on the basis of the previous investments and develop it further in his own interests. In order to enable an assessment of the current situation, interested parties can also gain an impression on site. This makes sense insofar as existing contracts can be evaluated and taken over (e.g. contracts for the homepage, ordering app, cash register system, suppliers, etc.). This should prevent the need to look for new partners and the fact that existing partners are sometimes no longer available.

Outdoor furniture made of water-repellent plastic is provided for bathers, while inside, walnut furniture invites guests to linger on balmy summer evenings.
Location
The property is located on a branch of the Danube in the north of Vienna and can be reached from the city limits in around 20 minutes by public transport (by express train or one of 4 bus lines).
