The warm air generated above the combustion chamber is blown gently and barely audibly into the bedroom and the two children's rooms via a duct system built into the suspended ceiling. In winter, you can therefore decide for yourself how much your heat pump should provide and how you can/will relieve it by providing additional heating. We have often had combined and very favorable winter months, but even without additional heating, the medium-sized heat pump works very economically. We pass on customer service data.
We usually had a monthly consumption of electricity of around 100.

In 2020, we decided to rent a 3.5 kW PV system from Verbund. It was obvious why we decided to rent. Verbund bears all the costs of any repairs/maintenance during the 12-year rental period. The costs amount to 75,-/month and after 12 years the PV system becomes your property. If you purchase the system, you would take over this contract and the PV system would be yours after a further 7 years. The PV system feeds the energy generated into the grid system at a feed-in tariff (offset against the annual bill) or you consume the self-generated electricity yourself. You have access to the data via the Fronius app.

Unfortunately, things turned out differently during the construction phase and we had to cancel the building project or decided on a smaller solution. This meant that the foundation including the 20 cm base plate was built, but this area was then converted into another terrace with paving stones and raised beds. The extension as such was then considerably smaller but serves perfectly as a storage area.
You can also decide here whether you want to leave it as it is or continue with the approved building plan. There is no obligation to build.

Garage: 1 car, another 2 cars can park in the driveway and in the parking space next to it. Behind the garage is the technical room, behind it a small courtyard with the heat pump and the extension.
A power connection for e.g. electric car is located in the technical room.

Location

The large municipality of Haringsee consists of Haringsee, Fuchsenbigl and Straudorf. It is located in Marchfeld/Gänserndorf, 20 minutes by car to the city limits of Vienna 22 and also Hainburg/Danube, Gross Enzersdorf and is in a very quiet location. The property is located in a cul-de-sac and therefore has little traffic. The surrounding middle-aged to mature neighbors are very nice, communicative and very helpful - the mayor is also very straightforward. Especially during the construction phase, he was always available to answer our questions and was also quick to arrive on site.
Haringsee has a new, modern kindergarten and an elementary school. There are 2 playgrounds, a large toboggan run and a football and tennis court. The roads are reasonably busy and we really enjoyed scooter and bike tours. Of course there are also endless country lanes, horse riding - wonderful. Also walks with the dogs. The bird of prey station is also very interesting.
There are several horse owners in the village.
Haringsee is also connected to the public transport network, with a bus running several times a day. A shared cab is also available.
