The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a multi-party house with four apartments. The building is part of a larger residential complex (built in 1942) with two large inner courtyards that can be used by all residents (incl. bicycle shed, benches, playground, etc.).
The apartment consists of three rooms of roughly the same size, which are currently used as a bedroom, children's room and living room (approx. 19 sqm each). There is also a smaller balcony room (currently used as a dining room) and an adjoining small cabinet (currently used as a home office). The fitted kitchen is five years old and we would leave it in the apartment.

Thanks to its proximity to the city center, all infrastructure, such as stores for daily needs (Spar and Hofer), pharmacy, drugstore, doctors' surgeries, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. The Holzstraße bus stop (line 27) is also just around the corner. Kindergartens and schools are also in the immediate vicinity.
