Pühret 16/25, 4813 Altmünster – Oberösterreich, ÖsterreichSelling our cozy apartment in Altmünster due to growth.
The apartment has 55m² living space and a 9m² loggia which is separated from the garden by a double sliding glass door.
The area is very quiet as approx. 2/3 of the apartments are used as vacation apartments.
The residential complex "Gut-Pühret" comprises 165 apartments which are divided into 6 buildings.
Our apartment is 3 floors down, which means that there are parking spaces at the top in front of the house (free parking) and the garden is on the other side.
We personally got used to climbing stairs. We prefer to carry shopping bags downstairs rather than up. (Heavy furniture can be carried into the apartment via the garden)
The garden is a common area and you can put things out in front of the door.
The Traunstein is also clearly visible from the lower apartments.
We still like it here very much, but with 2 children it is now too small.
The area is a paradise for cats (outdoor cats).
The apartment stays cool in summer and in winter only 1 of the 2 radiators is enough to keep it pleasantly warm.
