The apartment is equipped with modern Wifi infrared heating, which can be controlled via app/voice assistant or remote control.
The radiators are portable and therefore very efficient, as they can be placed wherever the heat is needed.
As the infrared heater is powered by electricity, the costs incurred must be paid to the electricity provider.
The electricity consumption for household electricity, hot water and heating is approx. 15,000 kWh/year. With a low-cost electricity provider, this amounts to around € 270 per month.
As electricity consumption depends on heating behavior, it is not possible to give an exact figure for the total monthly costs.

All windows are soundproofed and fitted with shutters.
